I wanted to loose the pounds originally that was my main aim, but since Sam has been training me he has taught me that training can be fun and enjoyable. I must say I really look f
orward to my training now. Learning to box is just great its so different to the everyday routine at the gym.

Sam offers variety with his training programs making it very enjoyable and different something I've never done before. He is very knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, diet and is an excellent motivator.

What I like about my training is you get individual dietary management lessons which has helped me so much, it has helped me get the balance right between training and nutrition in order to maximise my performance helping me to be more productive not only with my training with Sam but also I am more productive in my work and have lots more energy for my two kiddies,I can now run and catch them!!! 

You ladies out there I recommend you try it and you'll soon notice the difference!"

"I have been a member of the Merrill College boxing club for about a year now. It is a great place to go and get fit as well as learning self defence and building your self esteem. Also the boxing clubs on Mondays is a perfect place to meet new people who share the same interests.
 
I also enjoy the new 12 week course where we get the chance to go to local boxing gyms, this allows me to gain new experiences of using different equipment as well as sparring in the ring.
 
I have just begun a boxing sports leadership course, run by my school, which will help me to learn how to teach other children how to box and help them to get fit. I will gain a qualification from this course, which will help me in the future as i wish to become a boxing coach quite soon.
 
I have an 11 year old brother and an 8 year old sister who i encouraged to begin boxing at Merrill College and now they are very enthusiastic about the sport and they cannot wait to learn new skills.
